Have you noticed that the world's largest tech company, Google, has refreshed its logo after 10 years? The company has changed the logo after about a decade; now you will see the Google logo in a new color, and the G icon has become more colorful than before. Google's new logo is visible in iOS and Android beta version 16.8.
The old G icon used to have four different colored blocks of red, blue, green, and yellow; the new logo also has the same four colors, but now you will not see the blocks. Along with this, you will see the new logo in a gradient design and a dynamic look.
This could be the reason for changing the G Logo.
What is the purpose behind changing Google's logo? It is not clear but it is indicating that the company is rapidly increasing its focus on AI. According to media reports, the new G icon is not currently visible in other Google services like Gmail and Google Maps.
At present, no official information has been revealed by Google about the new update, but this update has come just before the Google I/O 2025 event to be held on May 20. It is expected that more information about the new people of the company can be given in the event.
According to the report of 9to5Google, Apple users have started seeing the new logo through the Google Search app, but currently, the new logo has been spotted in the beta version 16.8 of Android. The new logo can be seen on Pixel smartphones and select iOS devices, while the old G logo will be seen on older non-Pixel Android smartphones and the web.
