New GST Registration Process 2025: The Central Government is launching a new and simplified registration system for GST (Goods and Services Tax) from November 1st, 2025. Under this system, new applicants will receive approval within just 3 working days. The GST Council has approved this as part of the government's GST reforms.
This will simplify the registration process and reduce human intervention. Under the new system, two types of applicants will be automatically registered: those selected by the system based on data and risk analysis, and those whose tax liability (output tax) is less than ₹2.5 lakh per month.
