Dark clouds are looming over Akshay Kumar's HERA PHERI 3. Things have gotten messy since Paresh Rawal left the film. The old pair of Raju, Shyam, and Baburao will no longer be seen together. Paresh Rawal said that the terms were signed on trust. After which the promo was shot in a hurry to release it in IPL. It was also said that everyone including Paresh Rawal had received a notice from Firoz Nadiadwala. According to the notice, Nadiadwala has the intellectual property rights of the franchise. But now Priyadarshan has broken his silence on the claims.

A few days ago, Akshay Kumar also responded to Paresh Rawal leaving the film. At the trailer launch of Housefull 5, he said that the case was going on in the court. He has known him for 30-35 years. Both are good friends. Therefore, people should not say anything about them. However, Priyadarshan has given a befitting reply to the allegations leveled at Akshay.
What did Priyadarshan say?
Priyadarshan is currently working on his upcoming film. He is currently in Hyderabad and is looking after the post-production of 'Bhoot Bangla'. However, he was upset with the allegations made by Paresh Rawal's legal team. He recently revealed this in an interview with Mid. He stressed that there is no truth in the rumors of Nadiadwala having the IPR of the comedy franchise. He says that Akshay has bought the entire rights of the Hera Pheri franchise for Rs 10 crore from Firoz Nadiadwala. Who produced the first two parts?

However, this is not just for 'Hera Pheri 3', but for the entire franchise. He knows this because he has seen the paperwork. He also clarified that Akshay Kumar had shown him the agreement before starting the film. "When he showed me the agreement, it also included intellectual property rights, which he had bought from Firoz Nadiadwala. Only after that, I agreed to be a part of the film." He also said that Akshay Kumar had bought the rights of the franchise for Rs 10 crore.
