He went on to say, "Losing an election doesn't mean they were rigged."
He also demanded that Rahul either present evidence that he voted four times in the recent Lok Sabha elections or issue an apology. Previously, Rahul Gandhi had alleged irregularities in Karnataka's electoral rolls for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls during a press conference, highlighting instances of alleged multiple voting. Meanwhile, the Election Commission has rejected Rahul Gandhi's allegations as "absurd" claims and challenged the Congress leader to take an oath and submit a written complaint to the electoral body.
