Shikhar Dhawan Buys ₹69 Crore Luxury Home Days After Going Public With New Girlfriend Sophie Shine

Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan is back in the spotlight—this time not for his on-field exploits but for making a massive real estate move. Just days after confirming his relationship with Irish businesswoman Sophie Shine, Dhawan has purchased a lavish apartment worth ₹69 crore in Gurugram’s elite DLF housing project ‘The Dahlias’.

A House That Screams Luxury

According to CRE Matrix, a real estate analytics firm, Dhawan finalized the purchase on February 4, 2025. The apartment spans 6,040 square feet and is located on the ultra-premium Golf Course Road in DLF Phase-5. The flat itself is priced at ₹65.61 crore, and Dhawan paid ₹3.28 crore in stamp duty, taking the total value close to ₹69 crore.

‘The Dahlias’, launched by DLF in August 2024, is a 17-acre super-luxury project featuring 420 high-end apartments and penthouses designed for the elite.

Who Is Sophie Shine?

Sophie Shine, originally from Ireland, is no stranger to success herself. A marketing and management graduate from Limerick Institute of Technology, she currently serves as a Vice President at Northern Trust Corporation in Abu Dhabi. Sophie and Dhawan sparked dating rumors earlier this year during the Champions Trophy in Dubai, and since then, they've been spotted together at weddings, media events, and social gatherings.
