Arsenal have been left with a decision to make as they mull over moves for BOTH Rodrygo and Eberechi Eze. The Gunners are keen to add a new winger to Mikel Arteta's squad before the transfer window closes next month.
Crystal Palace star Eze has emerged as a major target. He has a £68m release clause written into his contract at Selhurst Park, albeit that only remains active for another week. Meanwhile, Real Madrid winger Rodrygo has been linked with a move to the Emirates. He seemed sure to leave the Spanish giants earlier this summer having fallen out of favour under Xabi Alonso.
Recent reports from The Times suggested that Arsenal were willing to make a move for the Brazilian but only on loan. As it stands, Real have not confirmed whether they would be willing to facilitate that sort of agreement. Should Real not be open to a loan move, that could see the Gunners turn their attention back to Eze - but they would have to get a move on.

The England star's release clause is believed to expire on August 15, after which time Palace could demand a higher fee for his services.
Speaking recently, Palace boss Oliver Glasner remained tight-lipped on his star winger’s future but did confirm he would take part in the Community Shield clash with Liverpool. He said: "He will play on Sunday, definitely and Marc [Guehi] as well - he will captain the team."
Arsenal icon Ray Parlour is convinced that Eze will eventually become an Arsenal player. “I think there might be one more signing. I don't know how much money they've got left or whether the rules as well they've got to look at, but if there is enough money, Eze would be [a great signing]."

Speaking on talkSPORT, he added: "He’d be [playing] off the left there, maybe, but you've got to have options. You've got to have lots of players who can just come in and come out of the team. And we all know that you've got to have depth.
“A lot of depth if you're playing Champions League football, the FA Cup, so many games. That's why Norgaard would be good for Arsenal, because he can come in certain games, he's got the experience.
“And he knows he's going to be second fiddle, but he can still play a big part for Arsenal in certain areas. So I think Eze would be the icing on the cake.”
