Twitter down LIVE: Millions of X users can't see messages in huge outage

Millions of X users are believed to be experiencing issues using the social media platform. Just before 11pm on Wednesday, September 3, over 12,000 people took to Downdetector to signal they were having trouble accessing Elon Musk's social media site.

Around 26 per cent of the issues reported are affecting the X app, with the spike starting around 10.20pm

One Downdetector user said "Farage is getting his backside handed to him on a platter. Elon's probably gone in a huff & downed it for a bit."

Another said "Here we go again!"
